Place to Visit in China

Place to visit in china. There is an old saying: “There is heaven above, and Suzhou and Hangzhou below”. The hotel is located on the bank of West Lake, where many stories have been passed down for thousands of years, and it is like a peaceful paradise. The picturesque scenery hides the Chinese-style garden, which features grass ponds, green courtyards, weeping willows, and a pool of clear water shrouded in mist.

When you wake up, you will see the continuous mountain peaks, the ancient temples shaded by green trees, and the lake that has fascinated countless poets, explorers and emperors for thousands of years. Overall, you can start your day by enjoying afternoon tea by the garden lake on the outdoor terrace of the lobby lounge. Afterward, you can explore the city by riding a bicycle and savor some Italian flavors at the West Lake Restaurant for lunch. Later in the day, you can indulge in the ultimate soothing massage at the Chinese spa to alleviate your fatigue. To conclude, cap off your day by relishing a delightful dinner in a private dining room at the Sands Lounge.

Suzhou, a famous historical city in China, has a rich history. Human ancestors inhabited this area during Prehistoric Times, dating back to about 1.7 million years ago and continuing until the 21st century BC. In the late Shang Dynasty (17th century BC – 1046 BC), Tai Bo, the son of the reigning king, arrived in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, bringing advanced culture to the region. Consequently, the Suzhou area was named Gouwu.

Its peak prosperity was experienced during the Ming and Qing Dynasties (1368 – 1911 AD).
